Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
